What gets you up and out of bed in the morning and moving?
Are you training for something or do you feel you just need to get out and go for a run, ride, walk or swim? Do you struggle to keep the motivation going? Do you find yourself making excuses, I'm tiered, I don't have time.
Re framing your exercises into movement during the day and setting a goal may help you work through the hump. Some idea:
- Having a walking meeting, taking calls on a hands free so you can move around,
- Setting an alarm ever 30min or so and getting up and walking around your desk.
- Having a kit bag ready to go so you are able to kit up and go instead of heading home first.
