Once mastered the art of riding a horse is fairly low impact on the body and overall a good workout.
Unfortunately many who ride are also working, limiting their time. Spending time seated at work and then heading out to ride in your free time, the very act of throwing a saddle on to your steed may be setting you up for lower back pain, shoulder pain and a sore neck.
